We express ourselves through video, and make no qualms about doing so. We are fearless. No longer will we hide in the shade, or let others do our talking for us. We have pronounced our arrival through the same means which we now communicate with the world. We are not merely a side show to the New Media. We are the New Media. We have established our identity through sheer determination. We will not be held back now.
TO VLOG
IS TO FIGHT. Fight for what we believe in. Fight for the right to express ourselves. Fight for the freedoms for which we have taken granted. Vlogging is an art form. The act of Vlogging can open doors, release pent up emotion, and create motion. A Vlogger can reach an audience he has never met. He can convey an image to those who have not seen. He can change a world he does not know. And he can do all of this, with Video.

FIRST, A LITTLE HISTORY
Vlog came from Blog, and Vlogger from Blogger, and Vlogging from Blogging. They are the same thing, except substitute the act of writing with Video, and you have Vlogging. Vloggers are not any better than Bloggers. They are both art forms in themselves, and both have their place. One could make the case though that Vlogging is the new Blogging. It flocks to the new web like honey to flies. We are in the Video age, and what better way to express yourself in this new age than with a new format. Video. Photography

FEAR NOT BLOGGERS
We are in this together. You will never be replaced, or marginalized, or side tracked. There is immense power in Blogging, just as there is in Vlogging. Just as TV never replaced Newspapers, a Vlog will never replace a Blog. It could however, make it better. No longer can you just put thoughts to a paper, and expect to be heard. You may now have to compete harder for your audience. And yes, that audience may even have a shorter attention span. After all, Video is so there. So instantaneous. So now. Whatever happens in this new age of expression, one thing is clear;

WILL BE AT THE FOREFRONT. Vloggers may even lead the way.
