IF YOU ARE A VLOGGER
then you need no introduction to the art of Vlogging. If this is all new to you, you may be wondering what a Vlogger is, how you Vlog, and how Vlogging got started. A Vlog is a Blog, except with Video. You Vlog to express yourself, your thoughts, and your views. You Vlog to vent, to be happy, to sing, to be a Vlogger. The reasons why people Vlog is as varied as the people themselves, but what all Vloggers have in common, like Bloggers, is that they are a part of a community. In this case, it is the Vlogging community.
ALTHOUGH VLOGGING
is relatively new, it's origins date back to many years ago. YouTube may be the biggest Vlogging community on the internet, but it is not the only one. And although this new art form of expressing yourself through Video is just a few years old, it is expanding and growing as a dizzying pace. One needs not look further than YouTube to see just how fast Vlogs have taken form. Type "Vlog" into YouTube search, and you will come upon thousands of Vlogs and Vloggers. Photography
THERE IS NO DOUBT
that the popularity of Vlogging is growing, but how big will it get? By some accounts, Vlog could be bigger than Blog. The rational behind this is the evolution and revolution of Video on the web. Just three years ago, before the creation of YouTube, Video was not. Today, the two cannot be separated. If this trend continues, which all signs point to that, than Vloggers may indeed overtake Bloggers as the kings of self expression on the world wide web.
